False bottom that was cut from the feed container lid. It has a 2.5" playdough cup in the middle with holes drilled in bottom and sides that hangs into the water below.It gets packed with compost and creates a wicking action to bring water up.

With all buckets relatively level down the line,drilled and tapped them for 1/8" pipe to barb fittings and then connected each bucket with tubing. All buckets will roughly have the same level of water in the bottom as the float bucket.the connecting
