completed stator wired three-phase wye. Resistance measured .55 ohm. Rather than using power studs on this one I'm casting a 10/3 Type SEOW cable into the stator for output power. Brass output studs are fragile and susceptible to stripping or breaking. Type SEOW generator cord is very tough and will never break. Although I could've made the coil interconnects on the inside of the coil ring, I decided to do it outside since it provides better rigidity for proper positioning of the coils in the mold for casting. This stator is designed to run at 116.5 open volts, 100 loaded volts @ 30 amps, or 3 kW power output. The stator will dissipate 495 watts @ 3 kW output, for a power efficiency of 85.8% at full load.
